What We
Deliver

Six main service areas, all built around the real challenges of precast concrete production. No generic frameworks — everything is scoped for the industry.

01

Foundation Service

Lean Manufacturing & DfMA Implementation

Most precast plants are running with significant hidden waste — in bed scheduling, rebar logistics, mould management, curing cycles, and yard operations. The waste is invisible because it’s been normalised.

We conduct structured lean assessments that map your value stream from order to delivery, identify the constraints limiting throughput, and build a prioritised improvement programme that fits your production reality — not a textbook.

DfMA strategy takes this further: designing products and processes together so that manufacturing efficiency is built in at the design stage, not retrofitted later.

Typically Includes
  • Value stream mapping and waste audit
  • Production flow analysis and constraint identification
  • Bed scheduling and mould utilisation review
  • DfMA assessment and standardisation roadmap
  • KPI framework and measurement system
  • Implementation support and change management

02

Strategy Service

Construction 4.0 Strategy Development

The precast industry is under pressure to digitalise — from clients demanding BIM deliverables, to regulators pushing carbon reporting, to competitors automating processes. Most producers don’t know where to start.

We help you develop a realistic digital transformation roadmap that integrates the right tools in the right sequence — starting with what delivers measurable ROI, not what looks impressive in a brochure.

Typically Includes
  • Digital maturity assessment
  • Technology selection and vendor evaluation
  • Phased implementation roadmap
  • BIM and data integration strategy
  • ROI modelling and business case development
  • Change management and team enablement

03

Technology Service

Digital Twin Solutions

A digital twin is not a 3D model. It’s a live, data-connected representation of your production system — linking design geometry, manufacturing sequences, quality records, and operational KPIs into a single visible platform.

For precast producers, this means real-time visibility across the full production cycle — from engineering design through casting, curing, and yard management to delivery.

Typically Includes
  • Production facility digital twin design
  • Tekla Structures data integration
  • KPI dashboard development (Power BI)
  • Real-time production visibility platform
  • Yard management and logistics integration
  • Lifecycle data management framework

04

AI Service

AI-Driven Quality Control & Process Optimisation

Quality control in precast manufacturing is still largely manual — visual inspection at casting, dimensional checks, rebar cover verification. These are slow, inconsistent, and expensive. Computer Vision changes that.

In partnership with DAC.digital, we deploy machine learning systems that automate defect detection, predict process deviations before they cause rework, and generate audit-ready quality records automatically.

Typically Includes
  • QC process audit and automation assessment
  • Computer Vision system design and deployment
  • Defect detection model training
  • Integration with existing production systems
  • Automated quality records and reporting
  • Ongoing model refinement and support

05

Compliance Service

Carbon & EPD Compliance Management

Carbon compliance is becoming unavoidable for precast producers — driven by ETS2 pricing, client sustainability requirements, and EN 15804 EPD obligations. Most producers don’t yet have a clear path to compliance.

Carbon Tracker® is our dedicated tool for precast manufacturers, designed specifically for EN 15804 EPD requirements. It provides a practical pathway from zero data to full compliance, without requiring an ERP system as a starting point.

Typically Includes
  • Carbon baseline assessment
  • Carbon Tracker® framework implementation
  • EN 15804 EPD compliance roadmap
  • Embodied carbon measurement and reporting
  • ETS2 exposure analysis
  • Supply chain carbon data integration

06

Training Service

Training & Change Management

Technology only delivers value if your team actually uses it. That requires training that speaks the language of production — not IT onboarding sessions that ignore how the manufacturing floor actually operates.

We deliver practical, on-site workshops covering everything from Tekla Structures to lean principles to new digital systems — with change management support that helps the adoption stick.

Typically Includes
  • Tekla Structures training
  • Lean principles and production improvement workshops
  • Digital tools onboarding (bespoke)
  • Management system implementation support
  • Change management planning and facilitation
  • Ongoing advisory retainer option
